Horrible service….

I placed an order last week Tuesday using Pick ‘n Pay asap, the order never arrived but I received an app message that the order has arrived, went outside waited by the gate for 5min there was no one… I went in the house to check my phone there was two missed call within… I called back the number they didn’t pick up… two minutes later I receives a message that my order was cancelled… okay no problem I requested a refund and they said it will take 3 days and 7 days later I’m still waiting haven’t received my money… Their driver couldn’t wait 2 minutes but I’m suppose to wait days for my money… The worst service ever to receive at Pick n Pay Nkomo Village.
