Horrible Service

Just a few minutes ago I had a very bad and horrible experience at Pick' n Pay in Strand Street (Cape Town). I went to buy a few stuff. The teller gave me a wrong change, and I told her how much I gave her. I had to wait for 40minutes as they said they were checking the cameras. The one lady came back after 40minutes saying the teller was correct, I had to go to the control room to check my self when I walked in the control room, before even checking for myself they said I was right and the teller was wrong and showed me the footage. The supervisors and managers didnt even apologise they just gave me my money and that was it. I feel soo heartbroken and angry right now because I had to come back to work late as my lunch was over.
