Horrible service
On the 2 August I made and order and it was delivered but wrong items inside. I called them they said they are sending driver to bring my order and take their wrong items. Today I called again they now tell me I cancelled the order but I'm sitting with wrong order here. How disappointing and unprofessional. no customer care whatsoever. It's just becoming a ****

04 Aug 2023, 16:25Day 3 I am still waiting for pick n pay asap to deliver my correct items. No help whatsoever from customer service. It's sad to see such a big company failing customer like this.
