HORRIBLE SERVICE
I have been waiting for my refund for almost 3 months on items shopped on their bottles app, I have requests for a actual telephone call from management to no avail, they are repeatedly requesting the same documents, after submitting it, the staff will acknowledge and and confirm payment processing to no avail. When following up, the process will start all over again. This to me is blatant ***** as they are refusing to repay my refund.
