Horrible service

Pick n pay asap its the worst. Ghetto app. Ordered food yesterday around 16:00, an hour call center to trace my order but i was told it be delivered before, call again after 18:00 and am told shop is closed, il get my food in the morning. Guess what, my ordered is cancelled now. No reason, with no refund on sight. Called their center and am told they will investigate and refund arranged after 5 days. Madness of customer service
