Horrible repairs services

I bought a new iron in November at Pick and Pay Hyper in Bloemfontein and this week I took it back because it stopped working. Was told it will take 21 days to repair it. Firstly that’s a R400 iron, why do u need 21 days to repair an iron, how long will it even take to repair a fridge? A year? They tell me they don’t have a loan unit to borrow me while I wait for 21 days. How do I iron my 3 children school clothes, the rest my family’a clothes when I’m sitting and waiting for a call? They took my number and told me ‘HOD’ will call and he still hasn’t. How does such a huge shop that has an entire isle full of irons not able to give me an iron to use while I wait for a minimum of 21 days? I’ve been driving there using my petrol and company time for a mere R400 iron which to this day they haven’t assisted me when they have an isle full of irons or just give me my money back so I can go to another shop that has better service.

Pick and Pay Hyper Bloemfontein, give me back my money or give me a loan unit while your taking your time to sort out my ‘very difficult’ issue of iron that is not working that is going to take u 21 days ‘minimum’ to fix. How difficult is that?
