Horrible pick n pay asap order.
I logged multiple queries about my refund for the 3 missing items. 3 x 6 pack savanna for an order I placed and got delivered Sunday. I also have been processing the payout for the balance on the account and no communication has been sent. This is the worst service ever and it's my first time shopping online with you and it's the worst online experience I have ever received. What's the point of logging all these tickets if no one will get back to me. I want my credit that's on my account back into my bank account and the refund for the missing items back into my bank account. I want nothing to do with this horrible online service. I've had much better experiences than this and faster responses.

I don't understand this service and how your consultants deliver customer service. I want my money back. The credit on my account was for unavailable items. I want the refund for the 3 missing carrypacks of savanna that were available but not delivered I only received 3/6 that I ordered. I want my refund in my bank. It's been over a week and I keep having to go back and forth
