Horrible Pick n Pay ASAP

I am sick and tired of Pick n Pay ASAP guys. It is too much.

I have been sent fruit that is smelling and tasting like yeast and past it's sell by date. I have been sent peaches that have while patches of fungi, which should already indicate they are rotten and should not be sold. Sent shopping with missing items, at least 3 times.

So, 1. Who do I report the fact Pick n Pay has endangered me and my family several times? 2. What are other people's experience with this business.
