Horrible pick and pay money transfer service

I went to pick and pay morning Glen to withdraw money which was on their money transfer service and was greeted with rude , horrifible service where a cashier on till 2 sent me to till to 1 to join the queue without even explaining to the other cashier. Why is pick and pay providing this service and still treat people as if they are coming to beg for the money?
