Horrible Pic N Pay Asap service

I am highly frustrated with pic n pay asap. I ordered cheese that was not right. I called the call centre that told me they will send an email where I have to send a picture of the cheese. I waited and no email came through. I called again a week later as the cheese is just sitting in my fridge and they are not even doing anything about the fact that they were suppose to credit me for it. The one call centre agent is worse then the other. I did not get what I paid for not to mention that I am a stage 4 lymphoma cancer survivor that is suppose to be careful of what I eat. They never credited me for the inconvenience or the cheese. Not to mention the fact that I was just on a 18 minute useless call. Highly disappointed and frustrated.
