Horrible online order ever

Pick n pay asap app is a ****. So I placed an order on the 10th of December 2025, they took money but they didn't confirm the order. I never received my order ref. I called the customer service several times but I kept telling me they will refund me in 3-5 working days. Till this day I'm still waiting for my month.
