Horrible ongoing experience with Pick n Pay asap

I am so frustrated with how every time when I order groceries with Pick ‘n Pay asap I end up getting the message that the driver could not get hold of me and that time I did not even get any missed calls, I even stopped using the app towards end of the year last year, today for the first time this year tried to use the app, the same thing happened, it seems the Pick ‘n Pay drivers do not even bother to deliver they just lie and say the tried to get hold of you, this is very frustrating
