Horrible horrible customer service from Lerato and her co-worker

Horrible service I got at Pick'n'pay Southgate Mall today, total disregard for customer service!!!

I came in looking to buy amasi, they were on promotion for R24.99 went to the fridges and they were out of stock with the Brand that was on promotion. Went to one of the managers to ask for a rain check since the promo ends today(19/02/23), she pointed me to another manager.

I went to her and asked for a rain check, she then asked me when the promotion was ending and I told her today (19/02/23) she then went to the parcel counter, took out a small little book of some sort, left me standing there when she was a few feet from me she shouted '' I'm coming" in Isizulu. I watched her walk to some place next to the cigarette counter then I just got busy on my phone, minutes later she comes back, goes into the tills, seats on the chair and shouts "next".... Now I'm standing there thinking maybe someone else is coming to assist me, but then I decided to go ask her if she didn't forget about me. She just said ohh!!! Eish... Then asked someone else to assist me, no apology nothing!!! She asked that someone else to go check first if indeed the was a promo, which she (the third person now "helping" me) responded and said "yeah I think the is a promo on amasi and it ends today" she's saying this while walking away from me, now I'm guessing maybe she's going to the fridges to make sure... She went for long and when she came back she came pushing a crate full of amasi and shouted... "Lerato, were is that customer, here's the amasi she wanted" dropped the crate there and walked away! I'm angry 😡 at the horrible service I got, I went, pulled out my 2 liter amasi and went to pay!! Were they told not to speak to customer?? Not to apologize if their on the wrong??? Like!!!???
