Horrible experience at Picknpay Irene Mall

This is the second time in two weeks that Picknpay is in total chaos! Rearranging everything and customer service is non existent. No response to a friendly question and at register: sales person is sitting there watching me pack everything in my bag-no approach to help! Twice I asked manager why 99%of their employees are not wearing a mask and all I get is: oh they are supposed to wear them. Me mentioning that the MANAGER herself isn’t wearing one and all I get is a giggle. Unbelievable!! I have been going there for 10 years and in last 6 months store is going to the pits- very bad management.
