Horrible experience

Absolutely pathetic experience with pick n pay and they have definitely lost a customer. You guys can be affordable when it comes to bulk products and specials here and there but when it comes to peace of mind it's a NO from me I placed an order on the 23rd of May. My order arrived late with missing items that I was still charged for. I have been back and forth with CS who keep trying to sort this out. They issued a refund on the 27th of May and as of today (10th of June) I'm still to receive my refund. I was extremely accommodating when my items didn't arrive and I was overcharged I told CS that I would rather have the store bring my items over but this never happened I spoke to my bank today who says PNP haven't actually issued a refund as yet so what the hell is going on this is absolutely ridiculous No wonder your competitors are doing better - do better PNP!!!
