horrible customers service

<p>Pick n pay in Elarduspark, Cornwall the cashiers are so lazy. I sometimes wonder if they get paid to just show up at work, but when it comes to providing a good customer service, that word is totally foreign to them. One lady who usually works by the cigarette counter has a serious attitude and should not be allowed to work with customers in her life ever again. Her job description is to ring and pack customers bags, but NO not her. As it's not her job description according to her. You would think she runs the business and she's the CEO, a very stupid, uneducated, dirty person, with **** big lashes and **** everything. She's is so ***********. I do not understand why is she still working there. Today, she refused to pack my husbands groceries bag and I quote "it's not my job to pack your groceries, if you don't like it, you can go to the other till"unquote. How stupid can she be. She works for pick n pay not in a corporate park with a corner office. Someone needs to address the issue coz, next time she gives me attitude like that, I won't be held responsible for what I will say to her face.
