Horrible customer services

I to buy fish, chips and Russian this morning @ Pick ‘n Pay the Marc and I’ve requested a salt as was seeing it on the counter, when I asked the lady who was assisting me she told me that they do not have salt and told the lady be the name of Refiloe who happen to be a supervisor and she boldly said there is no salt, while the lady suggested that she brings a container and the refill but the supervisor was not interested then told me that they have chip spice, not everybody takes spice

It is 09:00 in the morning and the question is when did the salt finish today or yesterday and if the salt is finished why did that have to do with me? why are u selling food if you not happy to be giving service or making alternative? Why are supervisors lacking customer service ? Why do they think giving customer seevice is doing us a favor
