Horrible customer service Pick n Pay Acropolis Phoenix

Was at Pick n pay on the 24th of March 2021. My friend and I purchased 7 dough rolls which was on special for R59,99. When we were at the cashier we did tell her that it was on special as we didn't want to get charged the full price of R89,99. However after we paid and was about leaving the store we noticed that we were charged R89,99. We then proceeded to customer service for a refund. At customer service the lady then said that she had to refund each item on a sperate slip so we waited. No apology. While my friend and I were waiting I then said to my friend that they didn't listen to us because at the first cashier we stated that the dough was on special anyway the lady at customer service heard my statement and then jumped in our conversation trying to defend the cashier. The lady at customer service was not there when we told the cashier that the dough was on special so how could she defend the cashier, futher to this she made a statement saying that I am a small girl. I am a paying customer so what does my age have to do with anything. No one spoke to her, she basically started an arugement by eavesdropping into a conversation. She showed no customer service and behaved totally unprofessional.
