Horrible customer service

Today I was at pick n pay trade route mall with my child. The person packing my groceries proceeded to speak in her language about my child stating that she cannot come in the store with pajamas, my child was ill and I had to quickly run to the store. The lady then started bickering with my child telling her it's a public area and she cannot dress like that. She continued arguing and going on with my child. Her name is Barbara. Is this the way to treat customers. Pick n pay has just lost a customer.
