horrible customer service

I went to pick n pay clothing in new market branch. I bought 2 dresses. 1. when I paid for those dresses I was given a run-around about the pricing then eventually I paid after a long wait. 2. when I got home I realised that a tag on one of the dresses was still on, I had to leave my things and waste my petrol to go back to the store to get the tag removed. when I get to the store to explain my dissatisfaction I was told there is nothing they can do.

i am extremely unhappy of the service and there is no customer cenricity at all
