Horrible Customer Service at Pick & Pay Hyper Ottery

The customer service i experienced at Pick and pay hyper in Ottery CPT left a sour taste in my mouth. We got there and whilst we were doing our shopping the employees kept on rushing us to finish loading our trolley and pay up because they wanted to go home. The store closes at 9pm and there was no warning prior that they were about to close. At around 20h55 a security guard who was extremely rude came and told us in a very disrespectful manner that we must vacate the establishment, i asked him to give his name and he declined and hid his name tag from us. We were in no way trying to shop beyond closing time as i'm pretty sure it had been a long day for the employees working there but the manner in which the situation was handled was really really bad. I'll not recommend anyone i know to go and spend their hard earned money there for such rude and unprofessional service.
