Horrible customer service

If I’ll ever use PnP asap again I would be a fool. Twice they *****ing over my items. In February I had to drive to pnp Hatfield to pick up items that I ordered because they were going to be delivered the next day whereas I ordered them around 12, yesterday they left a bag of my order. I called twice, they promised to sort it out yesterday but until now nothing has been resolved and they telling useless stories. Stay away from Pick ‘n Pay asap app, it’s a **** and they take forever to deliver or resolve your issues. Horrible customer experience
