Horrible customer service

<p>I picked up an unattended tray of eggs at a till point next to the one I was paying at in Pick n Pay Somerset West. I asked the teller who was attending me if the eggs belong to someone and he said He doesnt but they wouldnt be there if they were paid for. I took the eggs, and I was about to punch my pin code to process the payment, a lady by the name of Emma (Pick n Pay staff member) came shouting that " I am not getting her eggs, she waited the whole day to buy those eggs" she raided my grocery bags and took the tray of eggs and instructed the teller to remove the eggs from my bill. I asked her if she has paid for the eggs? and she said NO she was going to pay for them. Then I told her to put back my eggs because she is being rude, it's not like she paid for the eggs already. She went on shouting walking up and down the store causing a stare as if I stole her eggs yet i picked them up at an untteded till point. I felt so disrepected and that she wasted my time for no reason because she hadn't paid for the eggs. Her manager Yolanda asked her to give me the eggs and she was even rude to her manager. I really do not know how Pick n Pay hires people like this Emma. She treats the store as her property that she can reserve groceries without paying for them. She might as well reserve the whole store and put a note on the door for customers not to go there . I am sooo disgusted by such disrespect. I don't think Pick n Pay Somerset West will do anything about Emma's behavior since everyone seemed to be tiptoeing around her. Ellis "the manager" couldnt even say a word which buffled me. </p>
