Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service its been a month I took a kettle they said they taking it to repairs that was the 20th of September until today no communication no nothing when you go inquire instore no one is willing to help

04 Nov 2023, 07:13All they gave me was a reference no one call or communicated anything since the 25th of October then they say they value the customers they just don't care all they want is money worst customer service 😒 I wouldn't recommend Pnp to anyone
