Horrible customer service

Today I went to Pick 'n Pay Northgate to do my month end shopping as it is payday. Took me 10 minutes to find parking which wasn't close to the entrance let me just say and go into pick n pay to do my big shop. Walk to the first entrance to grab a trolley although there were no trolleys at all. So I walk all the way to the other side of pick n pay to get a trolley there and True as nuts no trolleys their either. So I asked someone working there where i can find one. His reply is maybe they are at the tills and then just stands there doing nothing and more and more staff walk past joking and doing nothing! There were also no trolleys at the tills nor were there many people at the tills so its highly unlikely that they all had the trolleys as there were not many people in pick n pay compared to usual. I walked straight out and went to Spar at Ballairs. They are way more deserving of my +R3000 in groceries money. Im completely done with northgate mall as a whole now. It just seems to be going down hill and getting worse and worse. Poor poor customer service. I would rather drive to Clearwater mall instead of going 5minutes down the road to Northgate.
