Horrible customer service

I went to Pick n Pay Witpoortjie to try and buy groceries and I was met with the most horrible customer service ever when I asked for the manager who then came and said I should get out of the store and went on to take a disposed till slip from where they're dispose of Covid19 rubish and advised me to take it and use it to contact customer care as they don't care if I get help or not. I was chased out of the store like a Dog escorted by security guards.
