Horrible customer service
<p>This week has been my first time using pick n pays online shopping service an it is pathetic right from the start iv had issues from not being able to update my address to having issues with my password no one assisted me with to my groceries not being delivered at the scheduled time and not one person has bothered to send me so much as an sms as to where my delivery is yet MY MONEY HAS BEEN DEBITED FOR MY ACCOUNT SO BASICALLY IV BEEN DE*****ED OF NY MONEY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE STILL NOT IN MY POSESSION!!!!!!! I will never shop at any pick n pay ever again customer service is not a priority .</p>
