horrible customer service

<p>I went to the the pick n pay in kolonade Retail park to purchase a fridge on 2016/12/16, a guy by the name of Kabelo sold me a fridge but it was not on display he said that they do not have it in the store it's in faerie glen but they can get it for me and deliver it. I agreed to this and paid for the fridge they told me they would deliver the next day which was Saturday. The day went by on Saturday I didn't hear anything from them so I had to call. When I called they told me they were having problems with their deliveries and they will deliver Monday. I said fine. Monday I called again spoke to a lady by the name of Patricia at reception. She gave me the details of the delivery guy who's name is Steven I spoke to Steven he told me my fridge is not there and they don't have it in their stock. Friday they told me it's in faerie glen Steven confirmed that it was not there. Now it's 3 days since I bought the fridge no one at the store knows what's going on and when I'm gonna get it. When I asked Patricia to put me through to someone senior she hung up the phone on me. I demand answers or they must pay my money back.</p>
