HORRIBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE SLICE PNP KLOOF DURBAN
PICK N PAY KLOOF.... UR MANAGERS ARE CLEARLY SLEEPING AND SO IS YOUR BAKERY SUPERVISOR CHOCOLATE SLICE CAKE BOUGHT ON SUNDAY LOOKED LOVELY UNTIL I TRIED THE ICING WAS LIKE PLASTECENE....TERRIBLE ON THE PALATE

Cake was thrown away with box
Till slip cannot be found
It was Saturday that we bought it
The Bakery Supervisor surely noted the consistency was not correct
I wld suggest daily taste tests by the Bakery Supervisor or Store Manager or whoever is making the icing how can u sell something and you have no idea how it tastes
Im sure you can identify who made the icing...
It was a Chocolate Slice with hardened chocolate on the top, chocolate sprinkles on the side and a carame colored goo on top
I recall looking at the Expiry date after taking the 1st bite and it expired on the 4th Nov
Suggest More Training or observations as in this area you should not have these quality issues
