HORRIBLE BULL**** SERVICE PICK N PAY ASAP

Left starving by Pick n Pay ASAP, after spending all the money I had buying groceries, their drivER doesn't call when he arrives, returns my order to the store and now my order is cancelled and refund has been processed and will take up 7 days for get my money, all the while I'm left stranded with no food and no money....HORRIBLE BULL**** SERVICE

I spend R70 calling their call centre who take forever to pull your details and put you on hold for a lifetime, I made 4 call calls and still got no assistance.

Their driver who was dispatched (Alfred) never called me and their call centre is useless, why would anyone order groceries if their not home HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE.. I'm left hungry and destitute after trusting what thought to be a reliable service, I have no money and no food and will have to wait upto 7 days for a refund
