Horrible asap experience!!!!
I wish I could rate my experience with a zero because this has been frustrating. I ordered 12 items on asap Sunday afternoon and they used uber to deliver my order.
I received an uber tracking link that showed the driver has my 2 bags with the 12 items ordered.
3 hours later, the driver arrives and to my surprise he only has one bag instead of 2. I ask and show him what my link says and he’s so rude and informs me it’s not his problem.
I open the bag I received from the driver and it only has two items instead of the 12 I ordered. I immediately contact asap call center and I was in line to speak to an agent for more than an hour.
I decide to send a DM via Twitter and still Monday morning no response. I then decided to call the call center and still in line with no agent to speak to me. It’s now Monday night and I still have no feedback from Pick ‘n Pay regarding my missing items or my refund.
