Horrible ASAP delivery!

I placed an order on Pnp ASAP 27 July 2024 they never delivered my order while on the app its on delivered status.. I reported the matter to them but now I'm being told to wait for 7 days for my order to be refunded.. So technically they telling me I must stay 7 days without groceries. Pathetic!
