********** Service From Pick n Pay Little Falls teller

I went to a checkout till at Pick n Pay Little Falls today and placed my basket on the counter. The teller just sat there and did nothing and so I asked why she wasn’t scanning my groceries. She rep**** that she can’t remove groceries from the basket. (Why? At other places they do!) This is the first time a teller has ever said something like that. She was apathetic, smug and uncaring in attitude. Clearly she doesn’t care about customers, Pick n Pay’s image or customer service. When she was done her sarcasm was not appreciated as she said with a blase smile that it was a pleasure to serve me. What *******. I told her that nothing about how she interacted with me showed me that it was a pleasure. Her sarcasm was clear as day with the attitude that she was well aware of her negligent service. Is this the type of staff Pick n Pay hires? Absolutely ridiculous! They need proper customer service tranining instilled and they need to learn to communicate not just sit there and do nothing expecting a customer to telepathically guess what’s going on. Extremely ********** service from the lady at till 16.
