********** service!

I had the most ********** experience at Pick n Pay Festival mall on 25/04/2022 at 15:07.

I am heavily pregnant, currently 36 weeks. I went in to buy some items with my husband and daughter. I went to the kiosk counter to try check out, the lady working there refused to assist telling me that I could only pay for 5 items at the kiosk, in addition she said people would shout at her. So I reverted to requesting assistance from the manager Aubrey Setatu, he tells me to join the queue because pregnancy is not an illness and I have to queue like everyone else. I decided to approach the store manager because no one was willing to assist. Aubrey returns to me and tells me he's busy and that he advised me to queue. I had to insist with the store manager to allocate me a teller to assist me.

The service is beyond disgusting, not pleased to have left my money in a store so ***********. The store needs better management and training for all employees.
