********** Service at PNP Liquor

Went to PNP Liquor in Mokopane to purchase stock for my Restaurant. And had quite a long list of stock that I needed. Firstly there was no customer trollies available outside the store.

I entered the shop and saw a large merchandising cart standing on the floor empty. I took the cart and started to load cases of beer onto it. This is when the security lady at the door approached me very rudely and said I can't use the cart, as she was pulling it out of my hands. Even after I explained that I was buying beer for about R15k she still insisted that she take the cart away from me. A merchandiser from another company that was busy filling shelves came to us and said she will give me her cart and assist me with my shopping.

Later on the manager came into the shop and he also told us that we are wrong in using this carts and if we need customer trollies we must walk to the other side of the mall to collect it from the main store and that no one will assist us with that. He was unbelievably rude to me and this all in front of other customers. I actually saw another person that witnessed this, put down his shopping and exiting the store, saying he would rather buy from another store.

I think that this was utterly unprofessional from the staff and management of this store. If it wasn't for the great service I received from the independent merchandiser, I would have left all my shopping and went to buy elsewhere. I can promise you that I will not be spending a single cent in this store again. And I will definitely not recommend your store to anyone again.
