********** Service at Pick n Pay Cornubia Mall

Absolutely pathetic service from Londi at the kiosk as well as Pick n Pay Cornubia management in general. I was misinformed about their Aramex services and not refunded. Pathetic and pitiful. Was told by a manager, Prashan, that the policy is that I cannot be refunded despite no service having been provided. Was also told that the general manager will call me to address the issue. Six hours later and I'm still awaiting a call. Lack of principles and poor customer services speaks volumes about this store.
