********** service
This is not the first time I am complaining of of this ********** service, once again my order was not delivered as per scheduled time, ad date that I paid for. No-one was of assistance as I was told no driver had my order, nor was the depot manager reachable. Pick 'n Pay shouldn'y offer this service if they cannot keep up to the said service levels.
I am disappointed and one star is far too much. They deserve no star as this isn't the first time, and I have a baby who needs the things I've ordered.
