********** service

I went to Pick n Pay Maponya on Friday the 15th of September 2017, the service there was pathetic to say the least. Firstly when I got there, there were no trolleys, had to go out of the store to find a trolley. Took the items that I wanted to buy, here's the horrific part, stood in that queue for 45 minutes!!!! The guy who was standing in front of me went to complain about the queue being long and only a few cashiers on the counter, guess what? HE WAS PUSHED TO THE FRONT OF THE QUEUE AND SKIPPED EVERYBODY WHO WAS IN FRONT OF HIM AND THEY MADE HIM PAY RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!! I then asked the the store telephone number, I called and asked to the manager who I was told his name is Hardy, I was then told he had gone home already, I then asked to speak to the second in charge whose name is Lionel, I told him my compliant, he said he's coming to see what's the problem, I stood on the queue for yet another 15 minutes and Lionel still didn't show up. When I got the cashier I told them what happened about the guy who was made to skip the queue and they said it was a norm there, wherever someone complains about queues they get pushed to the front of the queue. Apparently cashiers were on lunch hence the long queues. I had a very bad and ********** exeperience hence I'm writing this review, Hardy and Lionel really need to do something about the service there, it leaves a whole lot to be desired!!!!
