********** encounter with manager and the lady who was at the till

<p>Last night 31/05/2017, i have never seen a manager speak to her fellow emplyeee like that- ESPECIALLY in front of various customers. Our teller was in need of a assistance and rather than her making the wrong mistake, she had then called for the manager to assist in showing here what to do( as anya person would do do.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager ( Elmemari, Elsebeth) some where on those lines then came over telling her in a away I would refused to be spoken to whether I'm on the Teller or customer side! I was disgusted of her attitude and her professionalism. Please note I could see she had 110 things going through her mind but that does not mean she has to belittle employees nor customers. Finally Memeber starting to fuse abit as she has us waiting not returning back even to say one more minutes then I'll be with you- I asked her not to speak about her or to her employees like that as it's embarrassing for them and you could see it!</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager on duty last night around 6pm had not a professional bone in her body! </p> <p> </p> <p>If you could please address this as I would not like to ruin a shop by an insensitive, rude. ********** manager!</p>
