I had a problem with something I had bought from Pick n Pay, so of course, I took it back for an exchange. Upon my arrival, it wasn't possible to change it so a very nice gentleman by the name of Jimmy and afew others willingly offered me a refund.We walked to the front counter to get my refund and upon my arrival, Adelaide was sitting there. The lady told her i needed a refund and BOOM!! You could actually swear i asked her to give up her life for me! the horrific service i got from there after was just, WOW! I got dirty looks, i got bad attitude, this woman stood there speaking in an african language so i didn't understand but little did she know, i did understand. Adelaide, this is my message to you, DO NOT DEAL WILL CUSTOMERS IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO! Pick n Pay is a good franchise, only for savages like you to ruin it in 5 minutes.
