Hopeless Pick n Pay

At 4pm on a Monday afternoon as people are shopping quickly after work, there is not a single trolley in the in-shop trolley bay. There is also no-one manning the Customer Service counter to whom one can address a query about trolleys. And then, to top it all, when I phoned the Walmer Park branch office, I was out on interminable hold for the Complaints Department. This is certainly a typical Eastern Cape Pick n Pay branch that has no interest in serving their customers
