Today marks the third time that I make use of your online shopping portal. I have mentioned before how impressed I was with your Cold Chain Management, segregation of products that are scented/absorbable, timing and sealed tote bins.

Well, I would like to congratulate you on your honest staff members. I wish I had their names or vehicle registration numbers, but I am happy to supply you with other details in order to trace them. My order was scheduled for 15:00 at work and I turned in at the main gate at 14:45, to which they had arrived already and were being breathalysed by our Security.

I parked my car next to the PnP vehicle and receipted stock straight into the boot of my car. I checked the delivery note myself, signed off and left. A few minutes later, I receive a phone call from the driver (or assistant) stating that they missed one tote. I tell them that I have already signed off. The driver assured me that they would not want to short deliver my groceries and would return to deliver the balance. This was done fast (for one packet of mince meat) and with a smile!

They could have broken the seal of the tote and taken the meat for themselves without me noticing as I had already thrown away my invoice.

Thank you for always delivering and a new thank you for your honest staff. I am very impressed.
