Honest customer service, keeping my personal belonging safe

I had notice my wallet was missing after shopping at Sunninghill Pick n Pay, so I though either I lost it near the parking or someone pick pocketed me. I went back and ask security if I could check the tape, she ask me to wait a few minutes and a gentlemen Lotus (could be a manager) ask me to go the small room asking me to describe my wallet and the content. Then he handed back to me with not a single thing and single cent missing from my wallet. I was so grateful I gave him a BIG hug! It was a huge relieve and best feeling in the world, Thank you again to Lotus and the team at Sunninghill Pick n Pay!
