Highly disappointed

I'm disappointed at that fact that I bought a cell phone at Pick n Pay for R799.00. one month later the phone stops charging and now that I need the phone, I am told it needs to be booked in. He product is not even 2 months old, was this a garment or food products It would've been replaced, but now I need to be without a phone for a couple of days because Pick n Pay sold me a faulty phone.
