Highly disappointed

I went to the Canal Walk Pick n Pay branch.

As I was busy with my shopping I was doing adding things up on my calculator as I had a set amount that I could spend and didn’t want to end up taking things back at the till.

I mostly targeted the food that was on the smart shopper promo and were discounted. I was shocked when I got to the till and the total was way more than what I had calculated.

I got home and checked my slip and realized that though my smart shopper was swiped the discounts didn’t come off.

I am so disappointed as I shoo at Pick n Pay often and don’t understand how this has happened.

I would be very happy if someone from Pick n Pay would be in contact with me so that this can be explained as I think it’s uncalled for.
