Highly disappointed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal customer of PnP for many years.....until my Smart shopper points were claimed by someone other than me. I went to my local PnP to query and Smart shopper was contacted. They could tell me where and when the points were redeemed, the last one only the day before. My card was safely with me, so I was really concerned. The only thing that makes sense is that one of the tellers used my number manually. The branches where it was redeemed were branches that I have never visited before. I begged them to please investigate, but was just always promised that they are looking into it....this one is waiting for that one.. and.... and....and. I was promised that I will be contacted... that never happened. I followed up, but after more than a month I am giving up. I will NEVER support them ever again. I will also ensure that I warn as many people as possible. Worst customer service ever!!!!
