Highest service standards with a smile..

Had the best service from staff members at the Pick 'n pay Clothing store in Pavillion Westville Durban. I had purchased items 3 weeks prior and tried to return them. They told me since the items were now on sale, I would be losing out since I didn't have my till slip. The staff are sure to go an extra mile to make sure I dont get disadvantaged. They contacted head office ask for a reprint of my slip (That I had lost) using my smart shopper card number as reference. They were able to retrieve the sale and printed it out. I got all my money back and bought more beautiful clothes at sale price. I was initially served by Mr Mluleki Matyeni and I cant remember the name of the lady correctly. Anyways I believe they should be applauded for the excellent service standards, going an extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction, doing their jobs diligently and with a smile. Thank you once again
