High end prices should be for high quality produce also

This was the worst imaginable end to a year. I am still disgusted and highly disappointed in this store. The past year, we could not rave enough of how good this store is. So much so, that we go out of our way to shop there. Never have I experienced such horrible products. On 30 December 2022,I bought a 3 kg bag of potatoes, because that's what we needed. I paid a very high price for this 3 kg bag, and expected an equally high quality product as well. To my disgust I ended up with a plastic bag filled with a lot of stinking rotten potatoes. The smell was horrible and disgusting. This was a total let off, to a whole year of good experiences. This bag also contained potatoes of different cultivars and clearly didn't come from the same soil. So this bag was filled, not on the farm.
