Hi I'm not happy about the service received at pick n pay Alex Mall

Hi I'm not happy about the service received at pick n pay Alex Mall.the cashier became rude to my mother and swore at her Infront of the superiors including the store manager who failed to address the situation with respect instead he said she's causing a scene and should leave the store and didn't even have the decency to apologize.i would like to know if that's how your brand represents customer service??
