Hi am a customer at pick @pay mall @carnival i ordered a cake for my little one on the 12 /06/2021 for the 14th /06/2021 ,i gave them the flavour ,colour a d what to write on the cake and i promised to collect it on the 14 afternoon of which i did. When i get there past four the cake was not there the manager i don't know his name took a cake on the shelves and it was the same size with the one i was looking for .It was white and covered with brown chocolate, i asked them if the sponge cake was vanilla they said yes ,i had to wait while they were putting some of the colours i requested whilebi was ordering the cake which was pink and yellow, remember the cake that was taken was already on the shelf and they take it to decorate again for my little one .When i get home cutting the cake the cake was a chocolate sponge cake not vanilla that i ordered with them .What am trying to say they didn't bake the cake av ordered on time they just replace it and again the flavour they said its vanilla whereas it was not and the cake was needed on that day .
